The 2009 Bob Russell Memorial "Captain 'n Crew" Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, 31 August at the Woodstock Country Club. The $95 entry fee ($80 if pre-paid before August 15) will include continental breakfast (before the shotgun tee-off at 9 o'clock) golf cart and 18 holes of golf with a $10,000.00 hole-in-one challenge, BBQ lunch and beverages, cash bar finale buffet, prizes and grab bags of gifts.
Any net proceeds are be used solely to fund our charitable and humanitarian projects and our educational programs.
We strive to assist the blind and visually-handicapped, the deaf and hearing-impaired in our community. We assist with the DECA annual regional competitions and we present two $500 sholarships and one $250 academic award annually to three OHS graduates. We collect used eyeglasses and hearing aids for distribution to third world countries.
